This letter contains information for the AYSO Fall 2009 session for Region 716 (Nipomo, California).  Please keep it for reference.  Boys and girls born August 1, 1989 thru July 31, 2004 will be eligible to play.  The Fall 2008 session consists of approximately 10 games from September to early November.  Games are at the Nipomo High School Soccer Complex off of Thomposon Road on Saturday mornings and early afternoons.  Practices are held elsewhere, usually in the High School and Dana Elementry School as arranged by the coaches.

There are still openings in DESIGNATED divisions for the Fall 2009 session.  We will accept registration forms for all divisions (utilizing a waiting list for those divisions that are currently full).

1. Carefully complete the areas of the Registration Form as indicated, including the medical release and information.
2. Complete the Parent Volunteer Form -- remember, AYSO is operated on a volunteer basis. We need your help. You may type directly into the forms on your computer, or you may print the forms and fill them out by hand in ink.
3. Make out a check or money order payable to "Nipomo AYSO" for the cost of registration and enclose it with the forms.
4. Turn in forms and form of payment at designated location (during early registration period)
